Sometimes we face situations that test our faith. We may wake up and wonder if God is really listening to our prayers. We may look at the problems around us and start to question things.

When this happens, we might feel like it’s only our problem. But that’s not true. Even strong believers have moments of doubt, and God understands when we struggle.

Bear spoke directly to young Christians who might be wrestling with their faith right now. He wanted them to know something important: it’s okay to have questions.

“I think struggles are OK,” Bear said. “I think doubts are OK. You know, it’s part of faith, isn’t it? Two sides of the same coin – faith and doubt. You don’t have to have it all together.”

Bear talked about what faith really means in our lives. He called it the backbone that runs through everything we do. It brings us light and strength. It gives us community and vision. It provides security and confidence. But Bear also reminded us that faith is a journey. Some days feel strong. Other days feel weak. That’s just how it works.

Bear stressed how much we need other people around us. Good friends and strong communities help keep our faith alive. We need each other to stay encouraged and connected.

Then Bear said something that hits right at the heart. “But if you’re struggling, I say, join the club,” he added. “That’s OK, you know? Luckily, our faith doesn’t depend on how great we are. Our faith says we’re loved; we’re held. We’re in His arms, regardless.”

What a relief those words bring. Your doubts don’t push God away. Your questions don’t make Him love you less. He holds you close no matter what you’re feeling right now.
