A Christian man surprised shoppers by giving them cash and groceries if they could answer simple questions about the Bible.
Zachary Impellicceiri creates Christian YouTube content. In his videos, he visits public spaces and asks people Bible questions, for correct responses, he offers cash or paying for their groceries.
Zachary started by offering $100 to a young man and a woman who could name ten books of the Bible. They listed books like Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, and Ephesians. They also named Genesis, Psalms, Corinthians, and Chronicles.
After receiving the money, Zachary asked them to share a message with the world about the Lord, the young woman said, “Give yourself to Jesus and everything changes.” The young man said, “Put your trust in Him and He’ll be always there for you”.
The shopping continued with a woman who named five books to get her groceries paid for. Zachary helped her carry her bags and paid the bill of $120.28 at the register.
Another man named twelve books of the Bible to earn $100. He listed books from the Old Testament like Exodus, Leviticus, and Deuteronomy. He also included New Testament books like Matthew and Mark.
When asked for a message, he said, “You make a mistake, just repent. Let’s keep getting back up. Pick up your cross daily.” He even earned a bonus for reciting Philippians 4:13.
One woman had her entire cart and a toy for a child paid for after reciting a verse. She quoted the scripture about studying to show yourself approved unto God.
An older woman named Deborah was turning 80 years old soon. Zachary offered her a shopping spree if she knew the King of Kings. She smiled and said the name “Jesus” was the name above all names.
Zachary ended the day by sharing that Jesus is the only way to be saved.
It wasn’t about the cash or the groceries. What mattered most was people discussing and proclaiming the Word of God in a public place.
