A ten-year-old boy named Cason had a life-changing encounter with Jesus while recovering from a serious skateboard accident in the hospital.
God has always spoken to His people through visions and dreams. We see this throughout the Bible with Joseph, Daniel, and many others who received divine messages during their sleep or in moments of great need.
Many of us wonder if those encounters only happened back then. The truth is, God still speaks to people the same way today.
This young boy experienced exactly that kind of divine encounter while lying in his hospital bed.
Skateboarding Accident
Cason was skateboarding with his cousins when everything went wrong. He lost control and crashed hard onto the pavement. The fall knocked him out cold and left him with a concussion, a broken arm, and lots of bruises.
Doctors told his family it could have been much worse.
But what happened next in that hospital room left everyone speechless.
Boy Talks to Jesus in Hospital Room
With tears rolling down his face, Cason looked up at the ceiling and said, “Hi, Jesus.” His mom and the nurses watched in awe as this little boy started talking to someone they couldn’t see.
“Jesus, when you coming back?” Cason asked through his tears. “We need you. I need you. I miss you, Jesus.”
Cason Sees His Late Dad
Then something even more incredible happened. Cason saw his dad, who had died a year before. “You’re so pretty,” he told his father.
The boy promised to be better for his mom and to listen more. He kept saying how beautiful his dad looked and how much he missed him.
He Describes What Heaven Looks Like
Cason told everyone that heaven was full of butterflies and flowers. He said God had “fire eyes” and that everything was so pretty up there.
His voice was calm and peaceful, even though he was hurt and scared.
His mom couldn’t explain what was happening, but she believed her son. A family friend shared the story online, and it spread fast.
Thousands of people read about Cason’s experience. Many said it gave them chills. Others called it a miracle.
The little boy also talked about his mom during his encounter. He said she works so hard to take care of him and his siblings. “She’s the best mom ever,” he said.
Cason Goes Home and Gets Better
Now Cason is back home. He’s playing video games, drawing dinosaurs, and asking when he can skateboard again.
His mom says he will wear a helmet next time, no matter what.

I believe Jesus revealed himself to this young boy. God is so good. There’s nothing he can’t do. God is never far away whether you can see him or not.
That was heartbreaking listening to him wanting a hug from his late father. Must have been the pain meds he was on
