A Chick-fil-A employee made a young boy’s day when he used sign language to talk with him at the restaurant.

We all know how good it feels when someone makes an effort to reach out to us. In this story, a Chick-fil-A employee did something special for a sweet little boy with a hearing impairment to make him feel included.
Four-year-old Luca walked into a Chick-fil-A and stood at the counter looking at the menu. His mom watched as cashier Moises noticed her son.
Moises got Luca’s attention and began signing in American Sign Language. He asked the little boy his name using hand signs.
Luca watched closely and then signed back his name. His mom later shared that this was the first time Luca ever signed his name.
The whole moment was caught on video and posted online, where it touched hearts everywhere.
Moises didn’t have to learn sign language for his job. He chose to do it. That choice made all the difference for one little boy who felt seen and understood.
