Diana Rouvas sang an amazing rendition of Leonard Cohen’s ‘Hallelujah’ at the finals of The Voice Australia 2019. The Sydney based singer and song writer has a really good chance at winning the coveted title.

She began voice training at age 4, and relocated to the USA at just 16 years of age to pursue her musical dreams. She auditioned in 2012 for the first season of The Voice, and was on team Keith Urban and made it to the top eight, she won many hearts singing Beyonce’s “Love On Top.” She was signed to Universal Music Australia, and in 2014, released the single “Heart of Goodbye. In 2019, she again auditioned for The Voice and joined Team Boy George.

She made it through the Blind Auditions, Knock-outs, Semi Finals, now she is here with a powerful performance of ‘Hallelujah’ by Leonard Cohen. We wish her all the best for the Grand Finale and hope she will be crowned the winner.

Verse of the Day

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. — Ephesians 6:12-13 (NIV)
