A 77-Year-Old stood his ground and refused to be a victim of a robbery. This mugger was surprised to see the old man more than ready for his attack.
The unfortunate incident happened in Wales. The masked thief assaulted this man, but to his surprise, he wrestled with him. He did not let him have his way. He even signaled “bring it on”. He put up his fists, ready to strike him with a blow.
The thief ran away from him and did not push through with the plan he had in mind. Guess this is a great reminder for the mugger to work hard for his needs instead of taking advantage of others. Each was given by God the ability to produce wealth. One has to use this ability wisely to not only provide for his needs but also to be a blessing to others.
“But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today.” Deuteronomy 8:18
