Jennifer and her son James, who has Down Syndrome and Autism, were at the Apple store when James saw something outside and ran toward but sadly ran straight into a glass wall. That’s when Andrew a store employee rushed over and sat with James until he was okay. Andrew truly went above and beyond to help James and the photos will melt your heart!
