Chris Tomlin released ‘Holy Forever’ in his album ‘Always’ in 2022. It soon became a favorite in many worship playlists.

Today, Genavieve adds a fresh touch to this worship song with her gifted voice.

Chris Tomlin’s ‘Holy Forever’ was inspired by Revelation 4, where the Bible speaks of heavenly beings praising God, saying, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty.”

Chris wanted to capture this eternal worship in his song.

He said, “What’s amazing is that there is an eternal song and we know the lyrics. It’s ‘Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty.'”

Genavieve Linkowski, a 25-year-old singer from Michigan, was a contestant on American Idol in seasons 16 and 18, where she made it to the Top 40.

She also became popular on YouTube with her Christian music covers.

In this performance, she uses her soul-stirring voice to spread the message of the holiness of our heavenly Father.

Genavieve’s performance invites us to join in worship. Her rendition encourages us to think about God’s greatness and His holiness.

As we listen, we are reminded to lift high the name of Jesus and proclaim, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty.”
