Seeing baby’s first step is an unforgettable moment for every parent. Harmonie Allen made her sweet step at 11-months-old. But a tragedy struck the baby. She suffered from meningitis and it cost both her arms and legs. Despite the odds, the 2-year-old Harmonie is now learning to draw, play music and live life to its fullest. Recently, she got a friend with similar disability, an ‘American Girl’ doll named Rebecca.
