After being rescued from the storm, Jeremiah was walking through the rain holding the hands of his 6-year-old son when a TV reporter approached him and asked about what happened. Jeremiah talked about his experience and then he surprised the reporter with these powerful words. “We thank God, we thank God — this is all we have,” he said, they don’t even know where they will go next. “We lost the car, all the clothes…everything is gone…but we are thankful.” Jeremiah added.
