A dad and his three sons from the Kuykendall family sing a soul-stirring rendition of the classic hymn ‘How Great Thou Art.’

No microphones. No studio. No fancy arrangement. Just a dad, three boys, and a piano in a living room. Their voices locked into harmonies that most professional groups spend years chasing.
‘How Great Thou Art’ was written by Swedish poet Carl Boberg in 1885, then translated into English by Stuart K. Hine in 1949. The hymn is a response to the overwhelming greatness of God, from the thunder of creation to the cross of Christ.
It has moved people to tears in churches for over a century, and here it is again, doing the same thing in someone’s home.
There is something about a father leading his children in worship that just gets to you. It is not just music. It is a legacy being built, one note at a time. Those boys will carry that moment with them for the rest of their lives.
Let this family be the nudge we all needed to open our mouths and fill our homes with praise today.
