Chef Wins $250,000 Lottery And Uses It To Feed The Hungry

A celebrated chef is winning hearts all over the world with his selfless act of feeding the hungry with some of the lottery prize money he won.

Chef Roberto Mendonza won a quarter of a million in lottery prize money and decided he’ll feed the poor with part of it.

Chef Mendonza bought a lottery ticket on his mother’s advice, when he went to a local gas station and bought a $5 scratch off. A few minutes later, he got $250,000 richer and decided he would use a part of the winnings to feed the needy in his Charlotte, North Carolina, neighborhood.

He has also decided to finish building his cafeteria in the Dominican Republic so that he could feed poor residents in a village there.
