Talented Singer’s Rendition Of ‘O Come, O Come Emmanuel’ In Empty Church Is Awesome

As she stood inside an ancient and empty church in Montefrío, Spain, Malinda Kathleen Reese belted out one of the best Christmas carols of all time-“O Come, O Come Emmanuel” and the end result was just heavenly.

She is an accomplished YouTube singer, songwriter and actress and when she stood in this gorgeous, empty church, and her gorgeous vocals filled the room, and the church’s beautiful acoustics did the rest.

Reese allowed time before she sang each verse which made it possible for the music to move throughout the building. Being a top class singer, she enjoyed the acoustics, which was evident by the big smile on her face.

This is timeless…and with the (lack of) talent today… it’s not reproducible…sadly…

Not her talent (which is awesome) …but the engineering of today…and the dependance on electronics…

Verse of the Day

So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. — Hebrews 10:35-36 (NIV)
