Our police officers need to be appreciated more because they always tend to go above and beyond what they’re expected to do.
Norfolk police have released a photograph of one of their officers doing an amazing act of kindness on Monday night.
Officers had responded to a crash Monday night after a woman had a seizure and her car hit a tree.
While the Norfolk Fire-Rescue was treating the woman, one officer was seen calming a young girl at the scene until her family arrived to take her home.
“The kindness and compassion of Officer Marksbury will be a moment this young girl will never forget,” police wrote on social media Tuesday.
