Paralyzed Student Walks At College Graduation

A sports accident left Chris Norton paralyzed during his freshman year at Iowa college. Doctors predicted it’s nearly impossible for Norton to regain any movement below his neck. But the 23-year-old student decided to take it as a challenge. After four years of physical therapy and with the support of his fiancée, Norton accomplished the task during his college graduation in front of a cheering crowd.

Verse of the Day

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. — Ephesians 6:12-13 (NIV)
