In a heartwarming video, a former English teacher is now teaching foreign students for free.
Teresa McCrackin ended a meaningful long 30-year teaching career, 4 years ago, but she now volunteers teaching English as a volunteer.
The video shows her teaching classes in citizenship and English as a second language to a group of women from Afghanistan.
She says, “It just motivates my life,” and adds, “I just feel like I’m giving them power to enjoy their life here in America.”
Her students say they feel very motivated and inspired by her teaching.
