Sophi Green was born without arms in China. When she was adopted by the Utah couple Christianne and Jeremy Green, she was just two. But the parents realized their little girl’s disability wasn’t going to stop her. Now Sophi can do anything other girls at her age can do. She writes her school assignments, eats, brushes her teeth, washes her hair and rides a bike – all with her feet.
