When it came time to find a date for the prom at Stafford High School in Falmouth, Virginia, 17-year-old Stephen Virgil invited his 92-year-old grandma Julia Jarman to prom. She was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and doctors concluded that she had only months to love. So her grandson has set out to make every day as special as possible for his beloved grandma. Prom just so happened to fall on the eve of her 92nd birthday, which made her day extra special.

Verse of the Day
“[The Way, the Truth, and the Life] “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.”
