Footage of a tsunami cloud formation in Ohio has gone viral on social media and many people are marveling at the beauty of God’s creation.
Have a look at the video where the roll clouds look like there is a tsunami forming in the sky. The video was uploaded with a caption that said, “I was under the impression it was a tsunami, I’ve never seen clouds like this before,” it was written.
The reason behind this tsunami cloud Ohio phenomenon is called a roll cloud. Thes types of clouds are characterized by a low, horizontal, tube shape, and are a type of arcus clouds. When you look at these clouds they appear to look like they’re “rolling” on a horizontal axis.
