7th Grader Donates His Entire $15,000 From Huron County Fair Winnings To Children’s Hospital

A young boy is being hailed as a hero on social media for making an out of pocket donation to a children’s hospital in Ohio.

Diesel Pippert from Huron County used his livestock premiums from the Huron County Fair to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

The seventh-grader at Western Reserve Schools in Collins, donated all of his livestock premiums from the fair’s large animal sale to the children’s hospital to help fight cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

Western Reserve School said that he had donated an amount of $15,000 dollars to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. It took to Facebook to praise Diesel for his generous donation writing that Diesel is a hero and that he “should be an example to us all.”

With his generous donation, Diesel will help researchers find out cures for childhood cancer and other diseases affecting children all over the world. Diesel has gone above and beyond his age to do this amazing act of kindness, he is truly a blessing to the whole world.
