Plane Crash Survivor Performs Moving Cover Of ‘Have a Little Faith in Me’

Kechi Okwuchi was only 16 years old, when the tragedy struck her life in the form of a plane crash. 107  people lost her lives. Only two survived the horrific crash and one of them was Okwuchi. But it took years for Okwuchi to heal physically and emotionally.

Kechi-Okwuchi

When Okwuchi was trapped in the hospital bed, bandaged from head to toe, and unable to move, music was her escape. And her passion to become a singer grew stronger while healing. And it brought her to the America’s Got Talent. She stole the hearts of everyone with her audition singing ‘Thinking Out Loud’. Now Okwuchi performs a soul-stirring rendition of John Hiatt’s ‘Have a Little Faith in Me’ and this will move you.

Verse of the Day

“[God the Sovereign Savior] To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David the servant of the Lord, who spoke to the Lord the words of this song on the day that the Lord delivered him from the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul. And he said: I will love You, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”

Psalm 18:1-2
