Tony Garcia returned from his station in Oklahoma to their Long Island home with a special Christmas surprise for his mother. With the help of his siblings, they arranged the surprise reunion at a local restaurant. 18-year-old Garcia appeared before his mom’s table with a plate of chips and salsa and greeted his mother “Merry Christmas”. She became speechless seeing his son and then some heartwarming moments!
