Elementary School Teachers’ Hilarious Version Of ‘The 12 Days of Christmas’ Will Make Your Laugh

Happy holidays from the staff of LES!

The most exciting time of the year is December, when the young and old are all gearing up for Christmas. The most excited ones are the kids who look forward to lots of gifts, yummy food and a season of happiness and joy and their winter break from school of course.

It is a tough time for school educators especially to keep these kids focused at school as they are practically bursting at the seams, counting down the days till Christmas. They are literally on their toes trying to keep classes in swing, organizing class parties, decking up the walls with paper chains and snowflakes.

Amid all the hustle and bustle, a group of elementary school educators decided to put some aside and do an alternate version of the popular carol “The 12 Days of Christmas.” The Lakenheath Elementary School teachers switched on their quirky side and no wonder the video of them singing has gone viral.

People loved it and added comments like “Every line is so true!,” one person wrote. “These teachers are awesome,” someone said,  Another said, “I don’t remember my teachers being this much fun!”

This is not the first time that a group of teachers have done a hilarious parody of a Christmas song, check out this fun version by the Larkspur-Corte Madera school teachers in 2015. They too are so funny!

Our school educators do so much for us throughout the year, and its time we show them some love and appreciation.

Verse of the Day

“And they came with haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the Babe lying in a manger. Now when they had seen Him, they made widely known the saying which was told them concerning this Child. And all those who heard it marveled at those things which were told them by the shepherds. But Mary kept all these things and pondered them in her heart. Then the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told them.”

Luke 2:16-20
