Two police officers received a 911 call with an unusual request one regular morning.
At the other end was Chris, a man with special needs who wanted someone to wish him a happy 25th birthday.
This simple request could have been easily ignored, but Officers Israel and Frank chose to make it special.
When they arrived at Chris’s home, the officers decided to do more than just wish him a happy birthday.
They stopped at a store to pick up a cupcake, candles, and some treats. This thoughtful gesture made all the difference.
As seen on the officer’s body cam, Chris greeted them with a big smile. They sang “Happy Birthday” while Chris blew out the candles.
The simple act of kindness brought tears to his eyes. He felt appreciated and loved.

As Hebrews 13:2 says, “Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.“
Sometimes we might feel too busy or inconvenient to help others. However, we must remember the example of Jesus Christ, who left His heavenly kingdom to come to this world and die for our sins.
His ultimate act of love and sacrifice should inspire us to love others selflessly.
In our daily lives, we should look for chances to spread the love of Christ. Whether it’s a kind word, a helping hand, or a thoughtful gesture, our actions can bring light to someone’s life.
We may never know the full impact of our kindness, but God sees and is pleased.
Being a Christian is not just about praying or worshiping God. We must also be an example of His character.
