After 57 years apart, the early sparks between high school sweethearts, Barbara Cotton and Curtis Brewer were reignited after Curtis spotted her on the website Classmates.com.
It was in 1961, when the two were in high school together and had attended prom together, but lost touch after college, while Barbara settled in Milwaukee, Curtis moved to Tampa.
It was in last July, when they connected and after dating for just six months, Curtis proposed to her and Barbara said “yes” before he completed his question.
