Tech Sgt. David Opperman was deployed overseas for the past six months. Since then, his daughter 13-year-old amber waits everyday for her dad’s call on Skype and both of them talks using sign language. It was another chat session with her military dad at her Pennsylvania School for the Deaf. But she had no idea that her dad is in the next room and what is happening. In the next moment, David steps into the room and surprises his daughter amber and heartwarming reunion.
