Some people go through life hiding their smiles. Dillon Moore was one of them.
Dr. Kenny Wilstead, a Texas dentist, first noticed Dillon on his Facebook suggested friends list. He saw that Dillon never smiled in photos—not even in pictures with his two children.
A year later, Dillon came in for a routine tooth extraction. As he sat in the chair, Dr. Wilstead remembered those photos. That’s when he made a quiet decision—to give Dillon a full smile makeover, completely free.
In a video shared on Facebook, Dillon looks at his reflection and breaks into tears. “I haven’t smiled since I was a kid without my hand over my face,” he said.
Today, Dillon’s profile picture shows him smiling wide next to his kids. It’s a small act of kindness that made a big difference.
